Wood Gasification Boilers

What is it ?

Wood Gasification Boilersan deliver constant heating temperature at low operating cost.  A wood log gasification boiler is designed to burn raw wood logs very efficiently, but can also burn waste wood / off-cuts of timber and miscanthus (elephant grass) logs and eco-logs, course wood chips and wood briquettes.  Wood gasification is the conversion of wood fuel into a flammable gas that can be used as a fuel to provide energy.  This gas  is subsequently re-burned burned in a separate combustion chamber.  It is the heat from the burning of this gas that is stored in an accumulation tank and used to centrally heat your home and provide for your domestic hot water needs.  Wood log gasification heating is fully compatible with Radiator Heating System, and Under-floor Heating Systems.  Wood gasification boilers provide an environmentally friendly alternative to heating with oil, gas or electricity and are much cheaper to run. They have the lowest carbon footprint of any combustible fuel.
